Driven Mind Apparel Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because we operate on a "Print-on-Demand" model, our products are not pre-made sitting on a shelf. Instead, every item is uniquely printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you once your order is placed.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked before it is shipped.

  • Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons (like Q4/Christmas), production times may extend slightly.

Note: "Production Time" is separate from "Shipping Time." To calculate your total estimated delivery date, add the production time to the shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our production facility, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 10–30 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a second email with your tracking number(s) once your order has finished production and shipped.

  • Updates: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate in the carrier's system after the label is created.

4. Split Shipments

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, we work with multiple specialty print providers. If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a hoodie), they may be produced in different facilities and will arrive in separate packages at different times.

You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the United States, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it reaches your country.

  • Responsibility: These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer (importer).

  • Policy: Driven Mind Apparel has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to cover or reimburse these fees.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (tracking stops updating for an extended period), we will offer a free replacement. Please contact us at sales@drivenmindapparel.com if your package has not moved in 10+ business days.

  • Marked as "Delivered": If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs to send it to the correct address.
